Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Klass6 Online. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


All sale and discounted items are final sale. You have 14 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, have tags and the receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us an email detailing your return/exchange. Include your full name and order number. Once we receive your item for return/exchange in its original condition, we will notify you of new tracking. Returns/exchanges should be mailed to 938 Main street Forest Park, Ga. 30297


All sales and discounted items are final sale. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate your store credit or refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


 Due to high volume of orders please allow 24-48 hours for processing. In stock orders will ship in 3-5 business days.  We offer priority shipping (2-3 business days) and next day shipping (one business day). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning all items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC IMPACT THERE MAY BE SHIPPING DELAYS. Tracking is sent via email once order has shipped. If order is delayed, lost, or stolen please contact USPS customer service.
